The Stain Free - Pain Free Protection Plan

This is what you’ll get. Your furnishings will be spray protected using the industry’s Premier Fabric Protector. If during the next 4 years you have an accidental spill on any of the protected items which leaves a stain you are unable to remove, Park Furnishers Cleaning Company will:

1 Make a home visit to inspect and spot clean the affected areas.
2 If necessary, arrange a further visit to treat any remaining stains.
3 Re-protect all cleaned areas.

Irremovable Stains

Should a stain not be removable, Park Furnishers Cleaning Company will:

1 Enable you to make a claim against your Household Insurance by providing you with a written report stating the nature of the stain and the cleaning methods which have failed to remove it.
2 Pay any excess on your Household Insurance incurred as a result of making a claim to replace the stained items of furniture through Park Furnishers.
3 Spray protect any replacement furniture which will continue to be covered for the remainder of your original STAIN FREE - PAIN FREE PROTECTION PLAN

This will greatly enhance the fabric's ability to resist staining from accidental spills.
