In store furniture appointment

In Wales, as a retailer of a essential items we are so pleased to be able to open our store in full. You are able to enjoy up to half price savings in our Spring Sale across the store including furniture items. Our furniture department is open by appointment only, please complete the form on this page and a member of the team from your nearest store will be in touch to confirm your Covid safe appointment time.

Appointments can also be made at the store, but at busy times we may not be able to accommodate you at the time of your visit without a wait. We would always recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment.

How it works

• Complete the contact form on this page and submit your enquiry. If you know which item you're interest in, please provide as much information as possible in the message box.
• Once we have received your enquiry, a member of the team from your nearest store will contact you to confirm your appointment time.
• Appointments are 30 minutes in duration and our stores follow all Covid safety measures.
• On arrival at the store, please let us know your confirmed appointment details, the team member will check you in and direct you to the department and your designated furniture expert.
• Appointments for future dates can also be made at the store by booking with a team member. An appointment card will be provided for your chosen future date.
• Please note that this applies to our stores in Wales only.
• Appointments are not needed to shop or view garden furniture.
