Due to high business levels we are looking to recruit an Information Desk Advisor to work within our Store.

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Information Desk Advisor to work alongside the store retail team.

Main duties & responsibilites:

  • Running an efficient department ensuring tills are covered at all times
  • Ensuring till areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Promoting and providing excellent customer service in dealing with customer enquiry’s and refunds
  • Ensuring regular money lifts are carried out routinely
  • Carrying out end of day procedure ensuring monies are balanced and banked.

For this role, we're looking for:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Excellent, proven customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a busy team environment
  • Experienced in dealing with high volumes of customer queiries and money handling

The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week on a roat basis which may include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Warehouse Team Leader
Park Furnishers Bristol

We are looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at Park Furnishers

Working as part of the retail store management team, you will contribute to the general running of the store by implementing the required operational standards across the warehouse and stock replensishment.

Your duties will be varied and with your management colleagues will include the following: 

  • Leading the store team  to complete  periodic stock checks to ensure that the correct procedures are followed, stock counts are completed and reported and required stock adjustments completed.

  • Responsible for booking in of goods accurately and promptly against a valid PO or IBT number with the paperwork completed within 24 hours

  • Overseeing the Inter-Department Transfers (IDT) to ensure that stock movements are accurately recorded and processed

  • Arrange the prompt contact of customers when orders are delayed. 

  • Ensuring Customer Complaints are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manor to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
